- Monthly Teleconference Call: Every first Thursday of the month is a group teleconference call where I will cover a specific topic have a special guest health & fitness expert cover a specific topic. At the end of the call I will open things up for questions. (You can ask questions on the topic coverd or anything esle you want to ask.

- Monthly 1-1 Private Call In: Every second Thursday of the month is your 1-1 private call in where I will coach and guide you on your current program. This private time allows me to customize things for you and keep you on the path to success. It's your time so No holds barred and ask anything you'd like. You will learn a great deal and be able to implement things right away. That's what coaching is all about. We will shorten the learning curve and get on the fast track to success!
