
Have we forgotten the push-up?

That's me demonstrating the push-up which is part of the Get Fit Anywhere Body weight series. Everyone has seen, heard or tried them but I don't see enough people using them in their programs. Not sure why this is so but it's a keeper in my book.
I chose to include this one because many people seem to skip this one. I guess because it's been around forever one forgets how valuable it is.
Push-ups go beyond just strengthing the chest and arms. They also work your lats and abdominals. Another great thing is the push-up is very easy to modify if it's too hard. It's also very easy to advance if it becomes too easy.
I like to do 3 sets of as many as possible. For me that means 1 set of 40-50 and then 2 more of around 25.
